Fee: $130 per 55-minute session. 

         $195 per 80-minute session.



I sometimes meet with couples for the longer 80-minute sessions.

For Prepare/Enrich couples (pre-marital counseling): one-time $35 test scoring fee.



Sliding Scale: I have a limited number of openings available on a sliding scale fee (a fee that is lower than the normal fee depending on your financial situation). If you believe you qualify, we can discuss this in our first meeting together.

Insurance: I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, First Choice Health, Kaiser Permanente, LifeWise, Optum Health (UnitedHealthcare), Premera, some Regence plans and Tricare.
 

If you have out-of-network benefits with another insurance company, I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurance plans do not have any out-of-network benefits and some do.

 

Have Aetna, Cigna, Premera, LifeWise, First Choice, Optum Health (UnitedHealthcare), Regence, Tricare or Kaiser insurance? Please confirm with them that I am covered under the particular plan that you have. You may also need to confirm whether you need prior approval to access your behavioral health benefit.

 

Please check with your insurance to confirm that they reimburse for couples therapy; some do not cover couples therapy.

HSA: Have an HSA (Health Savings Account)? HSA funds can be used for qualified health expenses, including psychotherapy. (Check with your company to make sure couples therapy is reimbursable.)

EAP: Canopy (formerly Cascade EAP). Cigna EAP. First Choice EAP. HealthAdvocate. Optum/UHC EAP. Wellspring. Check with your employer or health insurance company to see if they offer this service.
