Welcome!

Struggling with sadness or anxiety? Battling procrastination? Trying to figure out how to manage a major life change or the stress in your life? I work with individuals on depression, anxiety and life transitions, such as divorce and career change. I also help artists overcome creative blocks and other challenges.

Wanting more intimacy in your relationship or better communication? I work with couples, using ideas and tools from Dr. John Gottman and Susan Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am also a Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
